Workplace Needs Assessments
A workplace needs assessment is designed to identify reasonable adjustments that can be implemented to support employees in the workplace and throughout apprenticeships. This process helps improve productivity, job satisfaction employee engagement, and overall organisational performance.
We offer a comprehensive service, including a pre assessment questionnaire which ensures that any time with both the employer and employee is used as efficiently as possible.
A semi-formal remote interview to look at the specific job role of an individual, and the difficulties they experience from their conditions/disabilities.
Specific concerns and requirements of the organisation will be considered before making recommendations for reasonable adjustments. A report will be shared with both the employer and employee following the assessment.
It can help your organisation better align your resources, training programs, and strategies with the specific requirements of your workforce.
This can be funded privately by the employer or through Access to Work
If you’re a civil servant - Your employer will provide support instead of Access to Work. Contact your employer so they can assess and arrange the support you need.
