My Story
After more than 20 years in post-16 education, I founded Inclusive Workforce Limited (est. 2021). I realised that despite successfully mentoring students through their further (FE) and higher (HE) education qualifications, many still struggled to integrate into the rigid structures of society and find a career pathway that accommodated their SEND needs.
Our mission is to consistently remove barriers for individuals—whether they are embarking on an apprenticeship, pursuing higher education, or maintaining employment—by providing personalised support and adjustments.
