Examination Access Arrangement (EAA) Assessments
An assessment that provides written evidence and recommendations for exam access arrangements.

We offer online EAA assessments for students in secondary education and above, including those in Apprenticeships, who intend to apply for exam adjustments.

We can conduct an assessment to determine whether a learner may be eligible to request additional access arrangements for exams. The learner (or a parent, if the learner is under 18) will receive a brief written report, which can be forwarded to the training provider or school if requested by the SENCo.

Form8 - £80 per student

Form8 plus brief report - £250 per student

NOTE:
This assessment will not provide a diagnosis of
dyslexia or any other associated specific learning difficulty.

According to Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations effective from September 1, 2017, the SENCo and the assessor must collaborate to ensure a cohesive and uniform process. Hence, parents who believe their son/daughter requires access arrangements during examinations, such as additional time, a reader, or a scribe, should consult with their school before arranging a private assessment with an organisation like Inclusive Workforce.
Further details about the regulations are available on the Joint Council for Qualifications website.

Prior to reaching out to us to schedule an evaluation, it's necessary to set up a meeting with either the Sixth Form's SENCO or the learning support department at their college to discuss your adolescent's support needs.
It's crucial to provide the contact information for the training provider along with a partially filled out Form 8 before the evaluation takes place. Establishing a working relationship between the assessor and the training provider, school, or college is essential for utilising this evaluation to grant access arrangements and to process an application using Access Arrangements Online (AAO).
